Group Rate Room accommodations for this conference are $225 per night, single or double occupancy, with an approximate 15.6% tax.
There will be an additional charge of $20 per day for each additional person over the age of 18. The maximum number of people per guest room is 4. A maximum of 2 children under the age of 18 per room are complimentary.
Reservation Guarantee An early response is suggested for guests desiring the group rate. To ensure the group rate, reservations must be made through the CBCE by Tuesday, March 11, 2008. After March 11, 2008, no guarantee is provided for accommodation availability or our room rate at the Edgewater Hotel. Room type and group room rate are subject to availability. Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 pm. All reservations must be guaranteed with a 1-night room deposit or a major credit card. A credit card is necessary to guarantee a late arrival. All major credit cards are accepted by the Edgewater Hotel.
Hotel Cancellation Policy No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Any guaranteed rooms cancelled less than 14 days prior to the day of arrival will be charged the 1-night deposit amount. If the hotel is able to resell the reservation, you will not be charged the cancellation fee.
Climate The climate in Seattle, Washington, in April is cool with temperatures ranging from an average daily low of 42°F to an average daily high of 58°F. A light jacket is recommended.

Parking Valet parking is available at the Edgewater Hotel for $5/hour, and overnight parking is $24 plus tax.
Taxi If you wish to take a taxi to the Edgewater Hotel, expect a fare of approximately $35 from Sea-Tac Airport.
Conference Cancellation Policy If a cancellation notice is received in writing by March 11, 2008, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. All cancellation requests should be sent to the CBCE at the address on the next page.
