There will be an additional charge of $25 per day for each additional person over the age of 18. The maximum number of people per guest room is 4. After February 27, 2009, no guarantee is provided for accommodation availability or our room rate at The Rittenhouse Hotel.* Room type and group room rate are subject to availability. Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 1:00 PM. All reservations must be guaranteed with a 1-night room deposit or a major credit card. A credit card is necessary to guarantee a late arrival. Hotel Cancellation Policy No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Any guaranteed rooms cancelled less than 14 days prior to the day of arrival will be charged the 1-night deposit amount. If the hotel is able to resell the reservation, you will not be charged the cancellation fee. Climate The climate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in April is cool with temperatures ranging from an average daily low of 44°F to an average daily high of 62°F. A light sweater or jacket is recommended.
