Conference Room Rate Room accommodations for this conference are $189 per night, single or double occupancy, with an approximate 14% applicable state and local sales and occupancy tax. The maximum number of people per guest room is 4.
Reservation Guarantee An early response is suggested for guests desiring the group rate. To ensure the group rate, reservations must be made through the CBCE by Friday, September 25, 2008. After September 25, 2008, no guarantee is provided for accommodation availability or our room rate at the Renaissance Ross Bridge.* Room type and group room rate are subject to availability. Check-in time is 4:00 PM. All reservations must be guaranteed with a 1-night room deposit or a major credit card. A credit card is necessary to guarantee a late arrival. All major credit cards are accepted by Renaissance Ross Bridge.
*If needed, the CBCE will make appropriate overnight accommodations for you at a nearby property (subject to availability).
Hotel Cancellation Policy No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Any guaranteed rooms cancelled less than 7 days prior to the day of arrival will be charged the full amount. If the hotel is able to resell the reservation, you will not be charged the cancellation fee.
Climate The climate in Hoover, AL, in October is cool with temperatures ranging from an average daily low of 51ºF to an average daily high of 75ºF. A jacket is recommended.

Parking Valet parking is available for $16; self-parking is complimentary.
Taxi If you wish to take a taxi to the hotel, expect an approximate $55 fare from Birmingham International Airport.
Conference Cancellation Policy If a cancellation notice is received by the CBCE in writing by October 10, 2008, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. All cancellation requests should be sent to the CBCE at the address below.
